We offer certified vocational and occupational health and safety (OHS) training that is essential for employees planning to start work or carry out projects in Norway and other Scandinavian countries.

Training courses are conducted on-site throughout Poland (including the Tri-City area, Warsaw, Szczecin, Wrocław, Kraków, Rzeszów, Białystok, Bydgoszcz, and Katowice), Scandinavia (Norway – Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen; Sweden – Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm; Denmark; Finland), as well as in other European countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania). We also offer remote training courses.

Scandinavian
vocational training

We provide certified Norwegian vocational and occupational health and safety (OHS) training in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet) and the Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning (DSB – Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap).

The training is conducted in Polish by a certified instructor from Norwegian training institutions (NOORSI, AOF Norge). Upon completion of the training, the employee receives a certificate recognized throughout Norway.

Scandinavian
hot work training
In the Scandinavian countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland), a special safety regulation has been introduced governing the performance of fire-hazardous work (hot work).

Under this regulation, hot work in areas with a risk of fire may only be carried out and supervised by employees who have completed a hot work course and hold a valid hot work certificate.

Hot work training for Scandinavia

Training program: 

  1. Safety regulations concerning hot work.
  2. Safety procedures for performing hot work.
  3. Preparation of the workplace – fire protection measures.
  4. Work instructions for carrying out hot work.
  5. Fire extinguishing agents and portable firefighting equipment.
  6. Fire theory and fire risk.

The purpose of the hot work training is to familiarize employees with the safety regulations governing the performance of hot work in Scandinavia.

 

The hot work training is intended for contractors performing fire-hazardous work as well as for employees supervising the safe execution of such work, i.e. those acting as fire guards (fire guard / brannvakt in Norwegian).

 

The Norwegian hot work certificate (varme arbeider sertifikat) is valid for 5 years in three Scandinavian countries: Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

 

Hot work training courses are organized at various locations in Poland and Scandinavia. At the client’s request, the training can also be conducted at a location and time specified by the client. The hot work course may also be delivered remotely.

 

The price of the hot work course is PLN 800.

FSE course for electricians

Training program: 

  1. Introductory provisions and definitions.
  2. Work procedures and organization.
  3. Safety requirements.
  4. Working methods.
  5. Accidents and first aid.

According to the Norwegian regulation on safe work and operation of electrical installations (Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av elektriske anlegg, FSE), every person working with or in the vicinity of electrical equipment must receive training in electrical safety and first aid.

 

FSE training for personnel must be conducted at least once a year (every 12 months).

 

The FSE course is delivered in Polish by a certified instructor from a Norwegian training organization.

 

Training duration: approximately 4 teaching hours.

 

The price of the FSE course is PLN 300.

Mobile elevating work platform course – Norwegian certification

Training program: 

  1. Mobile elevating work platforms: structure and operating principles.
  2. Stability.
  3. Types of mobile elevating work platforms.
  4. Inspection of mobile elevating work platforms.
  5. Rules for the safe use of mobile elevating work platforms.

According to regulations, only employees who hold a certificate confirming their qualifications to operate this type of work equipment may serve as mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) operators.

 

The training is conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet) and issues a certificate through the Norwegian Central Register for Safety Training (Sentralregisteret for Sikkerhetsopplæring). The course is delivered in Polish by a certified instructor from a Norwegian training institution. The course provides authorization to operate mobile elevating work platforms of: Class A (truck-mounted platforms), Class B (towed platforms) and Class C (self-propelled platforms).

 

Upon completion, the employee receives a certificate recognized throughout Norway. The certificate has no expiration date.

 

 

The price of the course is PLN 890.

First aid course

Training program: 

  1. What is first aid.
  2. First aid equipment.
  3. Conduct at the scene of an accident.
  4. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  5. Management of other injuries.

The first aid course is conducted according to the guidelines of the Norsk Førstehjelpsråd (Norwegian First Aid Council) and Norsk Resuscitasjonsråd (Norwegian Resuscitation Council).

 

The course is delivered in Polish by a certified instructor from a Norwegian training organization.

 

Duration: approximately 2 teaching hours.

 

The price of the first aid course is PLN 200.
